Put Your Business On Autopilot

You need an autoresponder system for your ebusiness. It is that simple. Why? I can give you the following 10 reasons:

1. Most website visitors don't order on the first visit.

2. Most visitors don't know enough about your offer to order the first visit.

3. Many visitors are too busy at the time to make the purchase.

4. Many visitors might not have the money to purchase at the time of their visit.

5. Many visitors are evaluating other products or services and haven't made a decision yet.

6. You need to build brand awareness.

7. You need to build credibility and trust.

8. You need to save time.

9. You need to save money.

10. You need to build a customer base.

If you don't ask for your website visitors opt-in email address when they visit and follow up with them or send a newsletter to them you are losing money every day. Experts have shown that it often takes seven or more marketing exposures before prospective customers purchase.

If you don't follow up with your existing customers you are losing out on a long-term relationship that could net you exponentially higher profits. It is much easier to sell to an existing satisfied customer than to locate and convince a new customer to buy.

Autoresponders provide immediate response but also record the contact information for additional messages. Reputable autoresponder programs also give total control to the recipient--requiring confirmation that they want to receive this information and offering the ability to opt off the list at any time. This is crucial in dealing with ISP's who are taking strong measures to prevent spam.

I use my own autoresponder system to provide ezines and newsletters, tutorials and ecourses, and contact existing customers about special offers and sales. I also run a contest, offer free information, and provide followup to internet sales. Every day I make thousands of contacts that I do not need to lift a finger to create. I set the system up once and then let it go to work for me. Whenever I want to make changes or add a new message sequence I can do so easily. That is the power of the autoresponder.

You have three basic choices when it comes to setting up your own autoresponder system.

1. Free! Yes, there are lots of free autoresponder options available to you but there is always some price to be paid for the privilege. Some services are very reputable but still require the inclusion of advertising or have restrictions on list or message size, for example. I started out with free a long time ago but quickly grew tired of the limitations.

2. One-time purchase of your own system! This can be an attractive option as it offers you complete control and the ability to use your own domains as the address. Also, while many systems are hundreds of dollars you can see how this will work out well for you over time. I used my own system for a while because of these attractions but found it an uphill struggle to deal with anti-spam measures of various ISP's. Once your domain is blacklisted you may find it difficult to deliver your email! Plus I got tired of dealing with technical issues.

3. Autoresponder Service! You can find a variety of hosts offering a variety of services for a variety of prices. You will need to do some serious shopping and comparing. I would very carefully compare services and reputation. Ask for recommendations from a variety of sources to get good feedback from people who use these services. This is the approach I've taken. I've found a reasonably-priced, reputable service that offers a lot of advantages plus they are the ones worrying about deliverability issues and technical problems. I consider it well worth the monthly price.

Autoresponders can save you time, reduce your stress, build customer loyalty, increase sales, and increase your exposure in the internet marketplace. Why wouldn't you automate your ebusiness?
