The Worn Paper System - The Average Person's Guide to Making Real Money on the Internet

Author: Michael Stimpson

The Worn Paper System is a recent ebook from the Laycock Publishing stable (Tony Shepherd and Sara Brown). The pitch of the ebook - and this is clear from the sales letter - is that it acts as a solid, no-fluff guide to making cash on the internet for beginners.

The financial claims are loud and proud. The author claims that they set up websites for minimal cost -- often nothing -- and they never fail to make $1000 from each site they quickly set up. That's certainly lip-licking talk, but does the actual ebook content live up to it? As an established internet marketer, I took a look with an experienced eye

The Worn Paper System opens with the author telling you they have 25 different sites or, to give the sites their proper term, "income streams". One site earning $100 a month might not be much to write home about, but if you have 25 sites each earning $100 a month, then we're talking kid-through-college territory.

It's also announced early on that you will need some nominal start-up capital to start, so if you don't have $100 to spare on your credit card, then don't consider buying this ebook.

Initially, you are given your fundamental stuff. You're told how to set up a website, with screenshots of available services and recommendations, as well as additional tools such as free site statistics tools. It is all presented in layman's terms, so don't get too intimidated. So far, so good.

In the first section, you're walked through the options of what you can sell on your site, such as software, eBooks or affiliate sales. You get a very neat rundown on each option, providing real examples of what to do and how you can do it, along with helpful photos. Once again, all necessary references and links are provided to help form a step-by-step system.

The second section gives you some good, solid ideas on how to generate traffic to your newly-created website page. Among other things, you will be told exactly how to drive traffic using the power of blogs as well as viral reports. Thankfully the methods listed are free, so don't worry about additional expenditure.

The Worn Paper System finishes up with a couple of neat chapters on how you can take your new-found skills to the next level of financial success, primarily through establishing joint ventures and building mailing lists. If this sounds double Dutch to you, have no fears - the ebook actually does a fine job of simplifying marketing terms and explaining them clearly.

In conclusion, The Worn Paper System provides a solid guide for beginner's to internet marketing to make money. More importantly, I feel, it gives a solid overview of many of online marketing's avenues. If you can go through this system, you'll have most of the infamous learning curve nailed.

Does it contain the kind of information to raise $1000 per site? Potentially, yes. As always, so much is dependent on you. If you can add action and be prepared to further research and investigate any topics you feel unsure about, then you will surely do excellent business with a proficient template such as the one laid out in The Worn Paper System.
