We are living in a world of rapid change and many of us just can't keep up with the pace. The transformation we went through during the last 50 years was amazing and if somebody would have predicted this development back then, absolutely nobody would have believed it! We went from the industrial age to the post industrial age and now we are told that we already are in the information age. What does it mean to you? Nobody can really tell but for many people it just means losing their jobs not knowing what to do. On the other hand corporations are constantly aligning their businesses in order to deal with the fast changing challenges often seeing only that they are forced to downsize or outsource by ultimately reducing the number of their employees. Why is all this happening? Well, it happens because we are trying to solve today's challenges with yesterday's methods. Or to give you a metaphor it's like trying to solve a software problem with a hammer! Now imagine that instead seeing it as a threat this well might be the opportunity of a lifetime for you! How about that? Imagine that there is a much better way to handle our problems, an enlightened way to grow bigger than any problem we might encounter. "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it!" said Albert Einstein and he was right. Imagine learning how to personally grow, learning the power behind accepting your responsibility for your life by understanding that you literally create your life. Imagine corporate leaders understanding their responsibility for their people helping them to embrace life by providing them with the education needed. Imagine what a turnaround this would be!
