Health Potential in Today's World

Author: Bryan Brodeur

I don't believe one hundred percent health is possible living in an advanced civilization; there are too many temptations, too many poisons in the food and air, too little quality ingredients to power our bodies, too little quiet time, none of the invigorating qualities of a 'fresh air' breeze, and probably too much stress. If you've ever read or heard stories about remote cultures or legendary people who've lived well over a hundred years, these are the people who lived at one hundred percent health. Our society has no records of any of these legendary people as they lived too far from the civilized to be poisoned by the civilized world.

But I believe that seventy or eighty percent full health is achievable. This is still a level of health leaps and bounds beyond simply living pain free. This is living in a state of mental and physical bliss. This is unlimited energy, clear thoughts, pure mental focus, incredible personal power, friendships and relationships, living in a strong, lean body, and walking through life with a certain force and direction.

For most of us, it is important to simply get past living with minor aches and pains. I never understood the people who live with minor aches and pains. How more plain can you body be when it is speaking to you? But people are tricked. They're tricked into being stoic and living with the pain. They're tricked into taking deadly drugs, sometimes everyday, sometimes multiple pills per day.

These people, who ignore their pains or use drugs to otherwise hide their pains, will inevitably lose their health. Their health quickly falls to thirty or forty percent of their potential, then slowly simmers down to twenty percent of their potential. Twenty percent is when diseases begin to show their faces. Disease starts with the doctor finding abnormal lab findings, or severely lowered energy; the person's life begins to fade before them. You can be this ill anywhere between ten and one hundred years of age. The first sign of being this ill might be a small tumor or it might be a deadly heart attack.

Eventually, once you are at twenty percent, you slip to ten percent. These are the people who are being kept alive in their deathbed, or rolled around in a wheelchair. Half of their organs may be either shut down or removed. Technology forces them to stay alive, but their bodies are waiting for death. However, in my experience, even a person living at ten percent of their health can make it back up to sixty percent. A person living at twenty percent can make it up as high as seventy percent, and a person living anywhere from thirty to forty percent of their health can go as high as they want.

The major tools to do this include a deeper understanding of the body and following the simple rules for renewed health. The process begins with opening and balancing the systems of your body. As you overcome your body's aches, pain, stiffness, and syndromes, you rebuild your physique; you bring your body and your life to the potential it was designed to have.
