Feel Your Inner Body

We all know we have a physical body, but today I would like you to start to become aware of your Inner Body or Energy Body.

The Inner Body we could say is the energy field which surrounds and permeates our physical body.

This Inner Body contains the blueprint which the physical body grows into.

When our awareness is on the physical level of our body we are mainly concerned with its physical attributes, but true beauty comes from within. When our subtle energies are strong we radiate this love all around us.

Strong subtle energies create more orderliness in the physical body, leading to better health and a more contented nature. People may comment that we have a strong charisma as they feel this energy radiating from us.

So how do we make this inner Energy Body stronger? Well there are many spiritual practices on the market that claim to do this. You may do it through Yoga and Meditation or a myriad of other techniques.

What I feel works best is just to become conscious of it, as what we put our attention on, grows.

You can feel this energy easily by just bringing the palms of your hands together slowly. When they get to between 6 and 3 inches apart you start to feel subtle sensations in your hands. This is a way to feel the subtle energy like a magnetic field surrounding our body.

This aura of energy which we live in, that forms part of our consciousness and feelings, permeates through our physical body as well.

If we allow our awareness to go within we can feel our body from the inside. A simple way to do this is to scan through the body with the awareness, releasing any tension in the muscles and joints as we go.

Whenever we feel any tension in the body it is a good idea to take the consciousness within and consciously release that tension and relax the muscles. This process of relaxing and releasing tension allows the body to settle down and grow in wholeness.

This wholeness or oneness of the body is very healing and allows the whole body to feel at peace with itself.

If you expand your feelings outwards and connect with the Earth energies and the planets of our solar system just through your intention and imagination, you can feel at peace with the world and the whole universe around you.

Breathing is another way to reach this state of inner peace and relaxation.

By becoming conscious of the breath as it enters and leaves our nose we start to become aware of the Prana or life force coming in with each breath. If you breathe this life force into each part of your body you can easily become aware of this inner field of energy.

This inner being is also a good way to detach from the ego of the mind as, from this level of inner being, we start to witness the dramas that are playing out in our lives and we see that we are independent of the drama and free to choose how we want to be and think.

We start to realise we have a choice as to how we react to situations. This realisation gives us immense freedom to be and act in whatever way we choose, as we are feeling at peace and relaxed.

In this state we tend to react to events in a more peaceful and knowing way, whereby we can make decisions with a clearer mind and more awareness of what we would like to create in that moment.

We become naturally a more loving, caring person with a clearer mind and a healthier body. Our personal energy is much stronger and we are less influenced by others.

It is as though we develop an inner frame of reference which allows the synchronies of the universe to come about. We just find ourselves in the right place at the right time for something magical to happen and for our life to take on a new evolutionary direction without effort.
