How to End The Insecureness

Author: Mathew Greem

There exists destined natural inclination about the insecureness which the reason is often too much of sensibility and intellectual abilities greater than average. The thing is much simpler that it seems. In most cases the insecure people have great mental abilities and they can easily overcome this negative attribute. Here are some rules, maybe not miraculous, but al least valuable for use in the everyday life which will help you in the world of your accomplishments and aims.

Stop deprecate and degrade yourself
This is the first step up to the gaining the secureness in you. Its not easy because the humbleness which is implanted in us in the childhood, in some way strangely, but it stays in us all our life. As child it was said to us that its not good to talk about our own success, because its not polite to show off ourselves. Also that its not good to overwhelm with the concern of our beauty. That kind of rules, set in the early ages, lead to negate our capabilities and to insecureness. So, if you have done something interesting, why not show that to the others!

Dont pretend to be a looser
The insecure people strive to capture their guilt on them. They are overwhelming with their excuses, and want to stay behind even if they deserve to be praised about their deeds and actions. Melancholy in life is what there are people looking for victims, especially at work, on whom they are going to transmit their own frustrations. Its a fact that the insecureness judges us in the role or a looser in which most of the people often exploit this.

Find at least three positive attributes in yourself
Take a pen and a piece of paper and try to describe yourself, also pay attention on your positive aspects of your character, even if they are few. When you will discover at least three positive attributes, mental or physical, try to find ways how you can use them in your own good. For example, if you have found out that you are an altruist, dont hesitate to give help on a friend in trouble or on some old person trying to pass the street. When you will pass over your timidness, then youll feel the first successes and most important you will gain a feeling of self-respect.

Learn to give and take compliments
It shouldnt needs to think that the compliments are often false and not deserved. The insecure people are always feeling uncomfortable when it comes to praise and give compliments on them. Thats why they interrupt the interlocutor and find a way to minimize the compliments. The reason why it needs someone to take compliment is not something just to be said, but something to tell what the person feels about it, something sincere and it should be comprehended like that.
