Breakthrough What You're Going Through! 12 Sensational Secrets to Summon Personal Power

Author: Paul Davis

It's time to get through what you've been going through! Life throws us all curve balls at times whereby we find ourselves becoming indecisive, confused and even doubting ourselves.

Nevertheless it is important that you don't let your circumstances get in you. It is you who must rise up, take control over and get in your circumstances. Personal self-mastery of your emotions, outlook, speech and physiology is paramount to achieving victory over your current dilemma.

Here are 12 secrets to breakthrough what you're going through!

1. Master your moods and emotions.

We all have emotions, which can fluctuate and change at a moments notice. Instead of letting your emotions taking you for a ride, harness your emotions and possess your soul. Practice deep breathing and realize that you are the master of your moods. Not everything that throws your emotions into an immediate tailspin needs to be dealt with immediately.

2. Be pro-active instead of reactive.

Life is full of opportunities to react, explode and lose it. Not to mention disappointments can come when we least expect it. They key to remaining sane is to be proactive rather than reactive. Anybody can be demoralized and overcome by circumstances. Personal mastery and power to change your world comes when you take continual responsibility and action for your favored outcome despite what may come.

3. Fight to maintain your focus.

Don't roll over and die so easily. The mind is a battle ground. Win the battle within then fight to regain your focus on the outside. Energy flows where focus goes. You, not others or circumstances, must determine and direct your focus.

4. Look in and up instead of being fed up with your circumstances.

You are most resourceful when you are governing your life from within. When you feel like you have come to the end of yourself, go to God for additional help. When man's ability ends, God's ability begins.

5. Let your vision be directed by your mission.

Pinpoint your passion, lay hold of your vision to manifest your potential and remain mindful of your mission. Attend to your life's mission wholeheartedly to minimize miniscule mindsets and personal regrets.

6. Accentuate the positive and personal progression.

Be good to yourself, giving attention to acknowledge your positive efforts and personal progress. Remember you cannot build Rome in a day.

7. Speak affirmatively declaring your resourcefulness.

The more you speak of your ability and capability the more it grows and rises to the challenge.

8. Manage your time according to that which is important not pressingly urgent.

Not every person crying for help needs yours. What others deem to be urgent may not necessarily be important as it pertains to your personal priorities. Attend first to what is personally important and selectively choose when to help and give attention to the urgent. Say no without feeling guilty.

9. Devise an action plan.

If you need advise, get it from the wise. If you need to be alone to think things through, do so. However you must devise an action plan. Strategize how to realize your dreams. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

10. Do what you know to do and let the rest take care of itself.

What you don't know to do and pertaining to things beyond your control, release them to the Creator of the universe. Don't overly care for things that you yourself cannot care and give attention to. Let sweet serendipity see you through.

11. Release yourself from perfection. You are free to fail. Just fail forward realizing failure is only feedback.

12. Celebrate your successes big and small.

Life is to be lived and celebrated. Until further notice, celebrate everything! More than your accomplishments, celebrate you for no reason at all. You are not your performance.
